Extension Activity: Students would be asked to trace and cut out their handprints. They would fill the handprint in with anything they thought described them (similar to the above project). Once everyone had theirs done they would present their print to the class. This would allow the students and myself to learn about their peers.

Footprint Introduction
Description: I was tasked with tracing my footprint and filling it in with different things that I believed to describe me. We were required to use at least three mediums - I used crayon, colored pencil, and marker primarily. I have five people in my family so we fit perfectly on my toes! Obviously, I had to include my dog, Jake, because he is a part of the family too. I wrote my name in a film strip because I love watching movies and TV shows in my free time. The cross is included because God is a big part of my life. I am in choir and love to sing and listen to music so I added the music staff. My family lives on a farm where we raise cattle, hence the cow print. One of the main landmarks of our farm is our huge silo. And finally, the apple is included to represent my future as a teacher!
